FutureFit Collab is a sustainability culture and leadership studio. We work from the Netherlands and the Philippines, with clients around the world.
Most sustainability strategies stop at the plan. The direction is clear, the targets are set, and then something happens between the boardroom and Monday morning, and the work gets stuck where the daily decisions are made. That gap is what we are paid to close.
Our work joins three things. Direction, grounded in a science-based framework, so a leadership team agrees on where it is going. Design, which embeds sustainability into daily decisions, governance and incentives. And development, the training and leadership work that gives people the confidence to act when the easy choice is not the right one.
Founder Berend Aanraad brings more than 20 years in sustainability strategy, ESG and organisational transformation. We have supported more than 350 organisations, trained over 2,000 professionals in person and 3,000 through e-learning, and delivered keynotes in Vienna, Manila, Tokyo, Bristol, Stockholm and Dublin.
What you leave with is not a glossy report. You leave with a culture that holds the strategy in place after we go.
