I’m the president and co-founder of a B2B software company. We sell our solution to residential home insurance companies in the United States.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fusion Business Solutions LLC conducts various business operations for our company, including customer service, artificial intelligence QA, and issue identification and remediation. They have staff that works with us in those three different functions. The number of staff they provide for each function depends on what our preferences or needs are.

Their responsibilities include answering questions from our customers, helping train and improve our AI models by annotating specific images, and identifying potential issues within our customers’ homes and providing recommendations to fix them.

What is the team composition?

We currently have two developers and a project manager. We’ve also worked with a designator and a copywriter.

We’ve spent somewhere between $100,000–$150,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

From a customer service perspective, Fusion Business Solutions LLC has been stellar. They treat my customers like their customers and go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and produce genuinely delightful, not just effective, experiences. They’re always eager to spend more time when they need to guide our customers to use the technology, which I really appreciate. As for the rest of the services, they’ve been terrific as well. They deliver on time and according to the volume and effectiveness that we anticipate.

Fusion Business Solutions LLC has performed well in terms of project management. They deliver work on time and communicate effectively. 

We primarily communicate through Microsoft Teams.

One area that we found to have challenges in the initial parts of our relationship was the team's English proficiency.
