Our primary objective was to eliminate pipeline friction and unify our CRM operations within our specialized account teams. They actively anticipated potential compliance and webhook bottlenecks with our external tech platforms and built preventative solutions into the architecture before they could impact our launch date. Communication was fast and seamless. They utilized Slack for rapid, day-to-day technical troubleshooting and organized structured virtual meetings for major milestone sign-offs. If a tweak was requested, they typically implemented it within the same business day.

What stood out most about The Funnels Guys was their granular, absolute mastery of GoHighLevel combined with a revenue-first mindset. They didn't just mechanically configure software based on a checklist; they genuinely understood B2B sales psychology and full-funnel lead generation mechanics. This allowed them to look at our business model and architect highly intuitive workflows designed specifically to optimize conversions, rather than just building automation for the sake of it.Additionally, their close interpersonal communication style was unique. They easily translated complex technical dependencies, webhooks, and automation logic into simple, user-friendly processes. They backed everything up with incredible, clear training assets (Loom videos and PDFs), which made our team's transition to the new system completely seamless.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The project was executed with fantastic precision, so there were no complaints regarding their technical output or communication. The only minor optimization would be establishing a slightly longer asset-gathering window prior to the official kickoff week.Because their production speed was so high, our internal teams had to scramble a bit to deliver our specific brand assets, API credentials, and copy parameters to keep pace with their workflow. Having a dedicated, front-loaded onboarding week just for asset collection would have made the initial kickoff a bit smoother, but their actual delivery and execution were absolutely flawless.
