In close cooperation with the in-house IT, we have been able to significantly improve processes and the utilization of diffrent web applications and servcies by fundamentally revising the administration software. A team consisting of UX experts and front end developers, with a product owner on the customer side, was able to use the knowledge from user tests the usability of your ownsignificantly improve development. New functions have been added and technically revisedh a responsive framework to different screen resolutionsadjustedt.

A product owner we hired was mentored and trained through functional aesthetics mentoring. the fa team worked according to scrum and presented increments every 2 weeks. the stakeholders were involved in the meetings every 4 weeks.

They truly have a lot of experience in implementing Agile projects. through the integrated collaboration - training our employees as product owners and scrum masters and the product development team provided by functional aesthetics, not only were applications successfully brought to market, but expertise was transferred into the organization at the same time. a great concept, which is why we still work with functional aesthetics today and access the ux and dev experts on demand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something {provider_name} could have done differently?

they could scale their model more and offer it also outside europe. since they put high emphasis on quality and training of their teams, they don't grow as fast as for example consulting companies that buy up ux agencies.
