BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a SaaS based Fintech software company. Our platform manages the trade credit risk of our customers customers. We have an online credit application, a credit decisioning platform and a collections workflow platform for aged AR.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Full Funnel Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?

Lead and Demand generation, outsourced sales resource for follow up and ultimate closing of deals. Goals were to increase number of leads, convert them to opportunities and then close the opportunities ultimately increasing our sales revenue.

How did you select Full Funnel Digital Marketing and what were the deciding factors?

We look at several similar firms. We liked their approach to do an audit and also their transparency in the process.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

Scope of work included a rebranding of our website, outbound campaigns, and a focus on paid digital (google, Bing, Capterra). We ended up focusing on paid and some linkedin activity which has driven solid lead generation.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3-7 over time. Account manager, paid SEO optimization, Sales Associate, Digital Marketing for slicks etc., CEO.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our lead generation is up significantly and our close rate is rising. We have learned that our paid campaign is driving 70% of our leads and they are very solid leads. We have also worked on and are increasing our exposure with industry partnerships.

While we have not met our goals yet for SAL's, SQL's and opportunities, we are making great progress and the service at this point should generate at least a 2 to 1 ROI.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Great communication. Pivot when needed and very transparent. Like anything, we have to stay on top of each other and priorities, but the management style is professional and generally, timelines are met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

CEO is involved and we have access to him any time if we need him. FF strives to make sure we are aligned all of the time and if not, we pivot to get back on track. They are also willing at any time to get involved with presentations for investors/board meetings etc. Very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are always areas to improve but goes both ways. At this time, I am very happy with our progress and where we are.
