The project was a ground-up build of our corporate platform targeting international B2B markets. Key deliverables included: 

• Multi-level information architecture structured around complex technical product categories (pipes, metal products, railway products).
• Structured presentation of technologies, industry standards, certifications, and product specifications tailored for different regional markets.
• Career, personnel, and ESG/social responsibility sections supporting corporate positioning.
• Modern design reflects the company’s technological profile. 
• Performance optimization to handle large volumes of technical content without compromising load times.
• Full responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform is now one of main communication channels with our international partners. B2B clients across our target markets have direct access to all the technical data they need to evaluate and specify our products, which reduces friction early in the sales process. Internally, the platform has consolidated how we present ourselves across markets, which previously required multiple fragmented materials.

Frontmen handled the project with a structured approach that matched the complexity of the scope. A dedicated project manager coordinated between our team and theirs, kept the work moving through multiple parallel streams – architecture, design, content integration, localization – and maintained regular reporting so we had visibility on progress. 
When questions came up around market-specific content requirements or technical taxonomy, they engaged substantively rather than just passing the issue back to us. Delivery was on schedule and aligned with the agreed milestones.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to handle the information architecture for a technically complex, multi-market product catalog was the most notable aspect. Presenting pipe and railway product specifications in a way that is both comprehensive for engineers and navigable for procurement teams – across three language zones – requires genuine structural thinking, not just design and coding. 
Frontmen approached that challenge methodically and came up with a system that works in practice. They also showed an understanding of B2B communication logic, which isn’t something every web agency brings to the table.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Frontmen could have done differently?

The project ran well overall. Early alignment on content taxonomy for the multilingual sections took more iterations than expected - clearer upfront documentation on how product attributes would map across markets would have saved some time. That is partly a shared responsibility, but a more structured discovery phase at the start would have helped. No significant issues with execution.

We needed help with the web design and development of our corporate website, where customers could find information about the products or services provided, get contact information to contact the company, and generally have a more complete picture of our business. The design and functionality of the website are optimized for user interaction and ease of navigation. 
The website design has been optimized so that potential customers can easily find what they are looking for. We received an increase in the flow of visitors already a week after the launch of the corporate website.

The frequency of website visits has increased. Requests for cooperation and tenders have started to increase.

The project manager supported us all the way (from discovery to deployment and maintenance). In most cases, we used a convenient platform for communication. The team was always available to discuss our questions and we were kept informed of any additional changes. It was extremely easy for us to communicate with the team members and see their dedication to our goal. 
The general management processes were clear and comfortable for us. The project had to be completed in a tight time frame and the team worked long hours.
