What challenge were you trying to address?

We did not have enough resources in house to service the orders from our customers. AVA.codes was hired especially to work on custom apps for customers to use for specific use cases in their Zendesk instance.

AVA.codes worked on frontend-, backend development and UX/UI design for custom apps for our clients. The team dynamic was great. Availability and response times from AVA.codes were outstanding. The team always met their deadlines. Sometimes they were ahead of our in house development and design goals. Communication was effective. They speak English very well, and there was never a miscommunication. They were open to using any tools needed during the development process.

They genuinely care about the project. They message back quickly and ask for updates if we were behind schedule. They want to work on your project and see it succeed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

More services in house, like design, or SEO, might help them and their clients. But their core business is coding and they do it very well so maybe it's best they don't distract from that too much.
