I’m the founder of a software company. We make telephone-based applications.

We have several credit card processors. We needed to consolidate them together to get our records in place.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team asked for our statements for the last 12 months. They also suggested online banks that we could use where we could add them as users. That way, it would be easier to collaborate. We still use them for general bookkeeping services.

We worked with one person from their team.

How did you come to work with Fritz Nelson LLC?

I went to school with one of their founders and we started chatting on LinkedIn. We liked that they had a CPA service to help us make tax decisions. The price to quality ratio was better than our other options.

We’ve spent around $450 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2020, and our work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’re diligent and disciplined about categorizing all of our transactions in a timely manner, which is nice. It helps us get an accurate picture of our business in real-time.  

How did Fritz Nelson LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

There’s a two-hour time difference but we don’t have any issues communicating. We typically keep in touch via Google Meets, phone, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their diligence and attention to detail stand out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to get on board with FinTech business tools so you can collaborate a lot more easily.
