Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Co-CEO of a social media platform based out of Dallas, TX.

For what projects/services did your company hire Frigus Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop a mobile app that brought people a sense of privacy, security, and freedom to their social media experience. Our goal is to maintain a positive environment for users to interact freely.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for mobile app developers. Frigus was invested in our vision from day one and did great things to bring our vision to life.

We had a series of meeting where the developers were open to our concerns and ideas. They worked with us as a team to develop the app exactly the way that we wanted. After a couple of months of planning we were delivered unfinished versions until the app was complete for testing.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Throughout the project the team has been readily available. There is a project manager that was our main point of contact but the CEO of Frigus was also available whenever we needed him.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our app is still in the testing phase but it is very easy to use and functions properly.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project manager was very easy to communicate with. We received all demo versions of the app during the specified timeframe.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing that I found most impressive is the way they've catered to our needs and worries. There was never a time that I doubted their capabilities to deliver the app as promised.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing that they can improve on. This has been a phenomenal experience.
