Freedom Architects

Freedom Architects helps founders of established UK businesses (typically £2–15M revenue) build a company that runs without them — and is worth more when they choose to step back. Founded and run by Gokhan Uc, formerly corporate and structured finance at BNP Paribas, the practice brings a banker's eye for what makes a business valuable and a builder's hands to put the missing architecture in place. The work is hands-on: map who owns what, document the knowledge that only lives in the founder's head, redesign the core processes, and add right-sized systems — kept simple, piloted in one corner first, then handed to the team. A small number of founders are taken on each year. No off-the-shelf method to adopt, no ongoing dependency.
