I asked them to create a webiste for me. As mentioned earlier. I'm into Property short term rental but I am just starting it out. So I didn't have a website. That's where they come in. They helped createa a website for my short term rental business.

From the first email communication until the delivery of the final work The Free Website Guys have been nothing but exceptional,
top communication and amazing work ethic. They are very professional, meticulous and knowledgeable in their field. The whole
experience was excellent, instructions were clear and Sven was very quick to respond to my questions.
Now my short term rental business has a home (website) and it's all thanks to The Free Website Guys. I can't thank them enough.

I was kind of hoping they would load my property photos as well. So I think in order to go ahead and add even more value it would be great if they also loaded images as well so that you get a whole package.

I didn't necessarily have a timeframe for the project to be completed. Sven updated me on every step of the process and answered any question I had in a timely fashion.

What mostly impressed me was the fact that I was picked for them to do my website for free. There were costs involved but not to them directly to build the site. When my involvement was needed, it was explained clearly in an email with "how to" videos that made it very easy to follow.

I think the team did a fantastic job and I do not have any suggestions on how they could improve. From start to finish, it only took a couple of months before it was handed over to me to customize and make it live! They work on many projects at once and only spend a few hours each week on each project but keep you updated with every step. Overall, fantastic experience!

That because I am a start up business, they done this for free for me and it means so much because budget is so tight. They really help people, and in this day and age, it's rare without it coming with a cost.

I do think an initial zoom call would be nice as it's more personal but I understand time zones can make that tricky and because of their processes it's not really needed.

As a super tech novice, it was really easy to follow the process and their video guides were very good and kept it quick too. As someone that works for myself around my  young children, this was very much appreciated.

The communication was excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner, but I didn't feel pressured or pushed to move at a pace that I couldn't keep up with too. 

I am really pleased with the outcome too. I am now in the process of finalising my website and can't wait to get it out there for customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Free Website Guys built my website from start to finish. Aside from uploading my content and putting in my personal touches, they handled all of the technical parts, which I would never be able to do without them. They uploaded the theme and put the correct plugins on it that I needed. They also trained me on using and editing my site on my own.

I only coordinated with Sven (Founder & CEO), but I know there were at least a handful of people that played a part.
