That because I am a start up business, they done this for free for me and it means so much because budget is so tight. They really help people, and in this day and age, it's rare without it coming with a cost.

I do think an initial zoom call would be nice as it's more personal but I understand time zones can make that tricky and because of their processes it's not really needed.

As a super tech novice, it was really easy to follow the process and their video guides were very good and kept it quick too. As someone that works for myself around my  young children, this was very much appreciated.

The communication was excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner, but I didn't feel pressured or pushed to move at a pace that I couldn't keep up with too. 

I am really pleased with the outcome too. I am now in the process of finalising my website and can't wait to get it out there for customers.

I first became aware of The Free Website Guys on an Instagram advert. I have to admit, I was dubious at first as I struggled to believe they could offer a service like this for free. However, having worked with them on the website of our start-up real estate company, I am delighted to say I was wrong. The whole process has been great, and Sven has been excellent to deal with throughout. 
There are optional add-ons for certain elements, but there's never any pressure from the team to commit to any additional spending. The team sends videos to help walk you through each step so it is really easy to navigate and collaborate on the designing and building process of your free website.

The Free Website Guys asked a series of questions regarding my desired outcome for the website, then asked me to select a template.  From there, they went to work setting up the code and functionality of the site, to where all I had to do was add my images and wording at the it was running.

The only real metric that could be applied is time.  The team stayed in great communication with every step and told me where they were in the process and what steps needed to be taken next.
