Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a co-founder of the didactic toys production startup, IQToy. We produce educational toys for the babies between up to 3y.o.

For what projects/services did your company hire FrameHounds?

Our company produces and sells online educational toys. We have been looking for the company that could help us develop a series of animated videos to get more awareness for our toys during the pandemic.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal were to increase an awareness to our products through engaging content and boost sales online.

SOLUTION

How did you select FrameHounds?

We found Frame Houds online on google, had the first call. They presented some cool ideas, so we decided to stick with them. Also they answered really quick and presented a detailed proposal.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

So we received the script drafts really fast, a couple of days after the payment was made. Then, we had a call to discuss the details of those scripts. After that, we got a storyboard for the first 2 videos with other design materials and once everything were validated from our side, they started working on animation. Then we received first drafts, sent a couple of comments and got our final videos.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

The project ran smoothly. Paulo and Ivan are fantastic, as they heard our feedback and were proactively suggesting solutions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got a few thousand likes until the moment with almost no investment made in promotion. Our target audience seems to love our animations. We're getting more sales through the instagram as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I worked directly with Frame Hounds and it was very great experience. They are easy to communicate and know much about the marketing. Something I was not expecting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were creative and analytical — the very rare combination.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think the project ran very smoothly overall. Have nothing to add.

We hired Framehounds to develop a corporate video mixing live action and motion graphics.

What were your goals for this project?

Out goal was to showcase in a creative way one of our properties.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We selected them by researching their webpage.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They work with a lot of proximity with the client, always proposing creative and out of the box ideas aligned with our vision for the final output. They developed a criative direction, storyboard, script and voice over. Innthe end they adapted the video to all our social media platforms.

What was the team composition?

It eas composed by a Creative Director and Marketing Startegist who were always present to assure the alignment. On set there was two videographers, one for the interior shooting and other for the aerial shots.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We actually soled the property after a few weeks, so the video helped us a lot to showcase to our clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Super effective, as i said earlier they were work with a lot of proximity wich made the process really easybto handle.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Effectiveness, creativity and flexibility.

For the time we worked with them we didnt felt any.
