For this client, we started the very basics. We asked ourselves how can we make a better web experience for their clients?
The process started with understanding the objectives of the business and how best to serve a target audience. By comprehending the psychology of the users we can easily provide them with a positive and memorable experience.
We wanted the visuals, content, structure, and navigation to all come together and give the users a memorable experience. If they easily find the information they’re looking for, we’ve accomplished our goal and they will return.
The branding and UX of QUARTAL share a symbiotic relationship. We didn’t want such a well-established brand to have its reputation tarnished by a website with a terrible user experience.
Typography and color scheming were a huge part of the process. We wanted to make sure the texts cover the two main aspects that the client implied legibility and readability. We focused on a logical flow in our user interface, dazzling icons and pictures, and contrasting colors. We decided to keep things simple and let the images shine.

SG BANK TECH is an innovative and versatile technology solutions company that collaborates with financial institutions to implement and deploy the banking platform of the future.
The Fram Crew took upon themselves the uneasy mission of assisting this brand with an exceptional website that doesn’t lack usability and appeal.
Our first task was to research some of the real-life banking “pains” that people experience. We combined the data with the opinion of industry experts about ideal bank tech. This information combined set us on the right track to success. We found out that our key principles must be the following: Personalization, Transparency, Self-Service, Mobile First, Simplicity, Aesthetic, and Holistic. This is what we accounted for when constructing our strategy and architecture.
The next task was to connect the dots on our User Journey Map to help us generate the ideal banking user experience and mapping interactions, making it clear how customers will use the product to fulfill their needs.
All of this allowed us to proceed with putting together all the knowledge we have into information architecture and creating wireframes. Afterward, we were ready to start our UI efforts. We took in mind the existing branding and tried to improve it without messing with the whole concept. We figured out some new gradients and icons would be of great benefit to the overall look of the website.

UX and UI for Digital Solution
SHREDY is an innovative software, created by the Bulgarian startup "HRM Solutions". It provides a paperless solution for the implementation of processes in the relationships between employees and employers.
It was a joy to work on such a project with endless possibilities for creativity. We split our efforts across several huge tasks: BRANDING, MOBILE APP UX/UI, WEBSITE UX/UI, VIDEO EDITING, and CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT.
We had the whole team running at full capacity and each one of them was focusing on what they do best.
Our main goal was to meet user expectations and improve user experience. We succeeded in bringing impeccable functionality, usability, and performance.
We made sure to define and implement the brand guidelines — logos, images, typography, and color schemes across the website and mobile app to ensure consistency and memorability of the brand.
Both the website and app are intuitive designs that allow users to navigate through the content with ease and receive the information they are searching for with ease. Whether a user is accessing content on an app, mobile website, or desktop website, the transition between using them is seamless and the design elements mirror one another.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fram Creative?
We needed someone to do UI/UX design for two mobile apps.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created UI/UX design for two native mobile apps, which were both available in Android and iOS. They also familiarized themselves with the details of each app and ensured they understood the desired flow and functionality of each. They also made suggestions before implementing the UI/UX designs using Adobe. One app was created for our customers, while the other was created to be used internally.

A survey was conducted of our clients, the areas in which the company operates, our goals and vision. Based on these analyzes, we were offered and prepared the vision of the company, which we had to choose from several options. The final products we received are: Logo, Slogan, Presentation materials, Branded - Forms, forms and signatures of e-mails, etc.

The project consists of three main streams: UX strategy and goals definition, UX research and DESIGN SYSTEM CREATION. FRAM supported in all streams mainly using Figma as the single source of truth for all design related work.

I am working with different resources and people at FRAM, UX Designer, UI Designer, UX researcher and project manager.

I am very pleased with the outcomes of FRAMS work, it is really a joy to work with such an incredible, positive and engaged team that really do their best to provide a great user experience and solution for the end users. FRAM works really amazingly fast and is a great help in the whole project.
They really act like part of the company and team and not like a typical supplier that delivers and walks away.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The communication was really efficient, we did dailies to plan the tasks each day and set the goals, did weekly reviews. The whole process was via remote screen sessions only. The team is very experienced in using all remote tools and communicating and reacting very fast, always getting replies even at odd hours outside the normal!
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I am most impressed by the speed the whole team was delivering great results. Have never experienced such enormous engagement of all team members as I had with FRAM. Can just highly recommend!

We needed full UX/UI design for our CRM app, as well as directions for our brand. This includes from one hand user friendly design suggestions for the software itself and also logo and name for it. They were able to offer different and creative options for logo, account pages, color pallets, button designs, etc. so we can choose our direction, after which we narrowed down our options and finally selected our current design.
Everything happened through timely open communication which was important for our company. The vendor also gave us direction on current market trends so we can name our product and choose logo which would fit our product and reach our target audience.

Fast knowledge ramp-up in a space previously completely unknown (clinical workflows in hospitals). We have managed to find intuitive and simple solutions for the most complex problems.

Stronger on making recommendations instead of just presenting options and thinking things through the entire stack. We had to remain heavily involved and much more so than I would have anticipated. Also, more an eye for spelling and grammar. Mistakes in the design usually make it into the code and that's not good.

Fram Creative was engaged to provide new customers a first experience of our Digital Asset Management Product huGO+. huGO+ was explicitly developed for the professional planning, production and distribution of high-quality publications.
Its primary objective is to prepare a large number of different information modules (e.g. texts, images and audio-visual elements) and to optimally adapt them to the respective output channel (e.g. mobile devices, desktop, print). Leading publishers process thousands of pieces of information day by day with huGO+ in order to produce articles, image sequences, e-papers or printed editions of their titles.
huGO+ facilitates the efficient creation and use of your “digital assets” – which by using huGO+ become even more valuable since they are more easily traceable and thus reusable. huGO+ accelerates the search for content and offers your editors a collaborative application environment: from the editing tool to the royalty statement of the content created.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for an agency with the capbilities to imagine, create and innovate user-centered digital products and convey our core branding messages.

First we presented the agency our company and product portfolio, then we provided them deeper insights in our value chain and the core messages we want to transport to our audiences. Fram studied our style guide and started with a series of interviews to learn about us and our portfolio.
Then - within a structured design thinking approach - first ideas were developed jointly and tested in a friendly user environment. After assessing the data and concluding the best way to proceed, Fram started to realise the product presentations.

There was a team of three highly skilled employees at Fram´s side. They covered all necessary skills to accomplish the task such as project management, technical understanding, concept developments, user experience and graphic design.

We could use the results immediately after delivery and noticed already in the first week an increased demand for our offerings. The client feedback was thoroughly positive.

We never worked before with an agency with such outstanding speed and dedication. The project was time-wise under high pressure and Fram showed in every stage that they could perfectly cope and deliver in high quality.

I am the managing director of a company that provides data on construction projects mainly for the construction, finance and energy industries.
For what projects/services did your company hire Fram Creative?
We hired FRAM to redesign the UX/UI of our client platform.
How did you select Fram Creative?
FRAM was recommended to us by our software development partner.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Rough sketches of a possible new design were available as a starting point. FRAM then developed 7 new design proposals within a short time, from which the preferred elements could be taken, just like in a supermarket. In a next step, FRAM incorporated all the elements we wanted into a complete design. We were able to check the progress of the work every week and submit requests for changes, which were then implemented the following week. This is how we finally arrived at a final version.

Depending on the phase, there were between 2 and 4 people per phase. Besides the CEO, mainly UX/UI designers & front-end software developers and web and digital graphics designers were involved in the project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were under time pressure because we had to replace the original partner for the redesign without further ado. Until then, we had no experience with FRAM. We were all the more surprised how quickly FRAM came up with solution variants based on our specifications and how great these proposals were. FRAM quickly understood our business model and our vision. We now have the perfect solution for us at a sensational price/performance ratio.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The cooperation and coordination was excellent. After the first workshops, the intermediate statuses were discussed weekly. Deadlines were always met, which ultimately led to time savings.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
FRAM understands the customer's concern very quickly. We were most surprised by the first results of the new design. I don't think you can work it out much faster. In addition, the solution variants were excellently worked out - the new UX/UI design is simply fantastic. Fram Creative has really excellent experts who provide good input in each case.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing comes to mind.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fram Creative?
Bianor was collaborating with a Swiss design studio on a time-sensitive project, but due to resource shortages the Swiss company could not proceed work on the project. To keep our project time-frame, Bianor needed fast on-boarding of a reliable and effective design partner.
How did you select this vendor?
Fram Creative were recommended to Bianor from a software company within our network of partners. Bianor also had previous experience with Fram Creative, but on smaller tasks for our website.

An NZZ owned company requested Bianor to rewrite their web based platform, including software consultancy, new architecture, data migration to AWS. Bianor took over the engineering. Design activities were entrusted to Fram Creative after the previously-selected Swiss studio dropped from the project.
Fram had to effectively onboard the project and to immediately gain speed, so that engineering deadlines are met. Fram did what it takes - client interviews, user stories and documentation review, discussions with our engineering team - and within the same week came up with few versions of design for each of the main pages. Throughout the project all stakeholders were absolutely thrilled by Fram's creativity, agility, straightforward open communication and tempo.

These guys are unique professionals - creativity and punctuality, business focus and artistic contribution - all goes hand in hand. The project required timely communication and with Fram all ran smoothly.

Their team's creativity and ability to deliver under pressure were absolutely impressive. Fram provided three variations of UI on short notice and all of the variations were excellently presented and well-thought of.

What were your goals for this project?
The goal was to create a functional and user-friendly interface to correspond to the specific customer's requirements. We hired Fram to design the UX and UI of a mobile application. They designed all the possible user flows and states based on our requirements.
SOLUTION
How did you select Fram Creative?
We have previous working experience with Fram Creative. The most recent job we did together was an internal employer branding project which they implemented precisely and on time. This gave us the confidence to involve them as a subcontractor for the current one.
Describe the project in detail.
Design of the UX and UI of a mobile application. For the user interface design, Fram Creative had to comply with the already existing visual identity. Their work also included creating a functional prototype which was used to conduct usability testing in order to validate the usability of the mobile app.
What was the team composition?
Fram Creative had assigned a project manager who was in direct and constant communication with our team. In addition, we were holding regular meetings with Fram's unit to make sure all team members are on the same page and aware of all details.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Fram Creative did their part of the project in a very timely manner, within the previously agreed schedule. This allowed us to stick to the plans and warp up the whole project on time, which is of extreme importance for all Bianor-managed tasks.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had perfect communication from Day 1. Fram Creative team and management are very responsive and always react fast to all upcoming changes and requirements. Being in different time zones with the customer did not hinder our communication and work with Fram.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their passion for what they do and the eagerness not just to fulfill the tasks but to add value to the whole project based on their experience and know-how.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We did not experience any failures while working on this project with Fram Creative, however, as we all strive for perfection we are constantly looking for details to improve.
