Founded by Jason Fracek, the practice combines executive-level product judgment with hands-on experience building, scaling, and modernizing software products across enterprise SaaS, logistics technology, consumer platforms, and AI-enabled development.

Jason's experience includes helping build a logistics SaaS platform to $35M in ARR; leading machine-learning pricing and automation initiatives associated with $6M in new revenue and 30% higher operational efficiency; and contributing to product strategy during a period of fourfold company ARR growth. His background spans Apple, PLS Logistics Services, GS1, CrowdBotics, and LawnStarter. These outcomes reflect his prior leadership roles, not Fracek Advisory client engagements.
