BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CMO of BoostChannel Marketing. BoosChannel focuses on full service digital marketing strategies for the healthcare, transportation, real estate and technology industries.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Foxhound?

I have utilized Foxhound for many content marketing objectives for many industries. This includes highly technical white papers, blog posts, video production, creative design and ads and landing pages for ppc.

What were your goals for this project?

All of the projects goals were to deliver well optimized ad engaging content for the clients that provide positive branding and roi.

How did you select Foxhound?

I had worked with one of the founders previously in a corporate environment and noticed her exceptional work ethic, integrity and great results.

Upon leaving the corporate world to start my own agency I reached out to several individuals I had met in my career that provide excellent work and Foxhound has been a life saver to help get detailed jobs done well.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They have done a lot of video production. I will give them the subject, they do the necessary research and social listening on the subject to write an informed, optimized and engaging blog post that they then will change the formatting of the information to correctly distribute via online press releases, social posts, rss, feeds.

They will also create an optimized video to go with all of the distribution channels for current best practice. They can also provide analytics for the posting.

What was the team composition?

I will usually give them a topic or two I want them to promote for the month. ( I usually give a 30 - 60 day advance so they can produce the best researched and produced package of web assets for that topic. I then review the written content for tweaking or approval.

After that they come back with the graphics and idea for the video. Sometime they will come shoot an interview or B-roll for video and sometimes they utilize stock video.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Many of the projects they have worked on have had tremendous success with online pickups, to massive social sharing. Since I do a lot of the posts they write for me I have been distinguished by LinkedIn to one of their valued contributors, which makes my post shared go further and actually helps move my career forward.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective, the team at Foxhound goes above and beyond to get quality work done for you. They have helped boost the business of my clients as well as mine. Such a pleasure to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I find remarkable is their depth of knowledge in both the marketing and the technical realm, which makes my job much easier.

They can do the work or work with all departments and have a real understanding of how all the pieces come together in the digital marketing landscape to make it a huge success.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I can think of at the moment.
