What challenge were you trying to address with Fourthpointer Services Pvt. Ltd.?

Since this was my side business, I didn’t have the capacity to develop the software. I brought them in to create the MVP version of the platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We used a mean stack architecture, using JavaScript and MongoDB. They handled the custom software development and made recommendations.

What is the team composition?

I was working with the CEO and his team of six. There were two backend developers, one project coordinator, one project coordinator, one frontend developer, and one QA analyst.

We started in March 2020 and it was finished in October 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve done the beta testing and everything functions well. None of the systems breaks. The product looks like what we want. The software is seamless and super easy to use. They delivered a high-quality product.

It was excellent. They were using Jira to give us updates and communicate with us. It was very organized and guided.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive part was how they developed a relationship with us. The whole team put in much time with us, making us very happy with them.

No, I’m very happy.

It’s very important for the client to know what they want. While they can help with that, it’s very helpful for the client to know what they want to build.
