Typical work includes cash flow forecasting and runway, engagement and client profitability, pricing, financial modeling, preparing numbers for a raise or a sale, quality of earnings support, and building a monthly financial cadence a founder can actually run on. Founded by Logan Thompson, a Florida licensed CPA who has built finance functions from nothing, carried a company through a raise, and worked across the table on thirteen acquisitions. Founders Finance Group is a fixed-fee CFO firm providing advisory and finance leadership. It is not a CPA firm and does not perform audits, attest work, or tax preparation.
