Cesar designed and built a complete digital product for people looking for companions and the volunteers who support them. This included a public-facing website plus a product experience for both user groups, along with a user management system and a matchmaking and data-entry tool that supports our client’s core operations. The whole solution is built with a strong focus on intuitive, high-quality user experience for participants, volunteers, and internal staff.

The project has just launched, and the rollout has been smooth so far with no major issues. Early users have been able to sign up and navigate the product easily, and our client’s team can manage participants and volunteers without extra support. We’re still collecting long‑term data, but initial feedback on the user experience and reliability has been very positive.

Super experience on the development of the platform with found.fast We worked with Cesar and the team at found.fast to develop a better management tool for our onsite hackathons at Garage48. When we started, we didn't have a fully defined vision of what the final platform should look like- we simply knew that many of our processes had become too manual, messy, and difficult to manage as our events grew. Cesar took the time to really understand how our hackathons work in practice. He listened carefully, mapped our existing workflows, and quickly identified where things could be simplified or improved. What stood out immediately was that he didn't just approach this as a development task- he genuinely tried to understand the operations behind it and how the tool could make our work easier. Throughout the process, Cesar and the found.fast team were incredibly proactive. They consistently helped move the project forward, suggested practical improvements, and often came up with better ways to structure things than what we initially had in mind. Even when small issues or fixes came up, Cesar was always very quick to respond and troubleshoot. The tool we developed together is helping us structure and manage our hackathon operations much more efficiently. It reduces a lot of manual coordination, keeps information in one place, and makes it easier for our team to manage the many moving parts that come with organizing onsite events. Communication was smooth and super-friendly throughout the entire collaboration. Cesar was responsive, positive, and solution-oriented, which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable.
