We have been working together since February 2021 and have been through many victories and defeats. They kicked off by conducting a detailed SEO audit to pinpoint areas for enhancement. Their team fine-tuned our website's on-page elements, delved into keyword research, and crafted a content strategy to elevate our presence in organic search results.

Fortunatos also helped us with the migration to Shopify and now we are actively working on increasing our organic performance. As a result, we've noticeably enhanced our online effectiveness compared to the results on the old website.

They worked both on the old and new websites. If we are talking about the beginning of our cooperation, then we achieved the desired goal for target keywords ranking and elimination of technical issues. Regarding the new website on Shopify - they worked a lot on the technical issues as well, because the migration was not smooth, but in a couple of months our organic traffic increased more than on the old website as well as sales.

There was a discovery stage first for about a week, and then their team came up with the plans, analysis, and research, that they’ve made to propose us different strategies to operate all of the marketing activities. They have also provided us with the actions plan and media plan according to our budget&expectations. We have set KPIs and discussed the timeframes for reaching them.

Everything was very structured and professional + there were weekly meetings with the team so we were always aware of what was going on. Weekly reporting on the results that they were providing to us also helps a lot to track the progress.

Simple - the amount of traffic we have received on our website + the number of new incoming leads. Also, CPL was lower than we expected, which is a huge plus.

Communication is always key. Literally, all of our meetings were very simple, no extra mopey - direct and clear facts. No promises or guarantees, that they cannot fulfill. It is very captivating and conducive to build trust.

There wasn’t anything global, that should be fixed, but of course, there are always small organizational mistakes - for example, I would recommend setting up a time limit for the calls, so everyone can understand, how much time will it take (speaking of weekly meetings). In general, it’s all good.

They made so many useful analyses that our team is still using them. First of all, they wrote technical specifications for our development team on all major website issues. Secondly, Fortunatos analyzed content on our target pages, and competitors in SERP and collected semantic core to optimize these pages.

After the on-page optimization of our target pages was done, they switched to link-building. They did only guest posts on relevant sites with high authority as there was no sense in the crowd. If we are talking about Blog, they optimized our most popular articles that dropped in traffic and created a content plan for new articles based on the semantic core and competitors.

We've found about them cause our partners were working with them previously and their feedback were pretty positive + we've checked their case studies on the website, so we decided to give them a shot.

Starting slow and gaining momentum after each day of cooperation - that's how we would describe our work together. In simple words, they were super-careful at the beginning, attentive to all of the technical stuff and planning stage, but once we agreed on the action plan they have dived headlong into the work. Competitor's Analysis, Audit of our Google Ads account, several plans including media plan and actually a launch strategy offer - that's the things that they've provided to us within the first week of cooperation.

I would need several hours to make a list of the things that they were sent to us, but in short, in the beginning, we asked them to share all of the materials with us and they were good with that. Reports, hypotheses docs, a bunch of analyzes (we didn't even know some of them can exist), suggestions for website improvements and that's just a part of what we were getting from them. Very delicate work.

We've started with a couple of discovery calls with Project Manager and also had several meetings with CMO and two different specialists that were working on our project. PM was always at arm's length with us.

In general, just building a nice profitable strategy for our SM channels and also launching Google Ads campaigns to show us what we can get with that - we didn't expect much.

It was a daily communication via Slack - we also use it for our internal communication, so it wasn't something new for us. Their Project Manager was always keeping us posted about all of the activities they are running and also there was a weekly report via Google Data Studio, so we were not only aware but also relaxed that everything is taken care of.

To be honest we didn't expect that level of engagement they've shown to us. They were asking about every single detail we can have - how our funnel works, what are the main conversions priority, diving deep into our analytics and tracking tools, and much other stuff. We were a bit confused at first, but after they explained what for do they need all those things we felt a lot safer and relieved.
