Our management portal is a cloud-based application built using Bubble.io. It is designed to streamline the management of SIMs, associated hardware, users, companies, and real-time service visibility for both API-integrated Telnyx SIMs and non-API SIMs (e.g. Optus & Telstra VoLTE). It offers a role-based interface for managers and support teams to view and act on services, while automating reporting, test verification, and alerts.

The portal will be integrated with Telnyx APIs for SIM lifecycle management, usage reporting, test calls, SIP monitoring, and callout logging. The system will also support non-API-managed SIMs (e.g. Optus & Telstra VoLTE SIMs), which trigger workflows via email.

1. User Management Module:
Role-based access system (Admins, Managers, Users).
Tagging system to control visibility based on company or sub-entity.
Ability to invite, edit, and remove users.
Identification compliance with image and ID field in onboarding form.
2. SIM Management System:
Full lifecycle support for Telnyx SIMs via API (activation, suspension, usage, status).
Support for VoLTE SIMs (Optus & Telstra) via bulk import and email-based workflows.

3. Automated SIM Testing:
SIMs tagged as Biz or Resi will be tested daily via Telnyx Flows:

Biz: confirms call is answered (auto-answering devices).
Resi: confirms device rings.
Results stored in Bubble:

Last tested timestamp
Result status
Optional test history
Non-tested SIMs ("None" category) excluded.
Dashboard alerts for test failures.
4. Hardware Management System:
Hardware table linked to SIMs.
"Deploy" workflow for activating associated services.
SIP registration indicator (Online / Offline / N/A).
Telnyx SIP monitoring used for real-time visibility.
Tags for hardware by entity.
5. Callouts & Emergency Logging:
Outbound SIP calls are auto-logged via Telnyx Call Control API.
Telnyx records the call and sends data to Bubble via webhook.

2. US medical billing apps development for invoices and doctor's bills to patients

The sales on our customized shopify stores were incredible after fixing the themes and developmental issues. Meanwhile for the medical billing, the invoicing system got better to quickly bill the patients.
