We partnered with Formix to build our outsourced team and operations. Our initial goal was to hire key leadership roles in Sri Lanka, including a General Manager, CEO, and CFO, to manage the local operations. In addition to that, we outsourced multiple projects across BPO, call center services, and software development.

Formix has been exceptional in delivering high-quality recruitment. They didn’t just provide candidates they truly understood our business, our outsourcing model, and the type of talent we needed. Because of that, we were able to build a strong, knowledgeable, and reliable team.

We are still continuing to hire through Formix, which shows our confidence in their service.

Additionally, through their staffing solutions, we successfully hired two professionals from the Philippines for our Australian virtual office. That experience has also been excellent.

In addition, the internal tracking system they offered allowed us to monitor progress in real time, giving us full visibility and control over the hiring process.

We hired Formix to support the entire HR department. They presented a clear idea, along with a strong proposal and a well-structured plan. To evaluate our options, we also contacted several other HR firms to assess their understanding of our business model. However, most of these companies had only theoretical HR knowledge and lacked a practical understanding of how our business operates. In contrast, Formix demonstrated a deep understanding of our business activities and provided relevant, practical solutions. Therefore, we decided to move forward with Formix for our HR requirements.

Within a one-week period, they successfully set up the entire team and integrated both HR functions. During this time, employee records were organized, ETF RPF registrations were completed,Additionally, ABH forms were structured using proper table-based methods and a clear foundational structure was established. Several meetings were conducted with the line managers prepared and aligned everything according to the required framework. As a result, all operations are now running smoothly and in a well-organized manner.
