The following shall constitute the Services:

(a)             Privacy360 Data Maturity annual assessment;

(b)             Outsourced Data Protection Officer Service; 

(i)             Customer parent HQ entity and all its subsidiaries. 

(c)             Represent the Customer with Data Protection legislation in countries that the Customer intends to expand in the future;

Deliverables:

(d)             Remediation of compliance gaps;

(e)             Configuration of the software Privacy360 platform;

(f)               Data flow mapping of personal data for the Customer and all its subsidiaries;

(g)             Audit of requirements for data processing agreements;

(h)             Data privacy policy delivery;

(i)               Internal security policy assessment;

(j)               Staff training materials and record keeping;

(k)             Entity periodic refresher training materials; and

(l)               Quarterly global privacy reports.
