Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables. Forcefolks reviewed our product structure, pricing logic, and approval requirements, then configured the Salesforce quoting solution around those rules. The scope included product configuration, pricing rules, approval workflows, and improvements to the wider quote-to-cash process. The team tested key quoting scenarios and supported sales users during adoption. Main deliverables were the configured quoting workflows, standardized pricing and approval logic, and practical support for introducing the solution to the sales team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Quote preparation became significantly faster and required fewer manual steps:

• Average time to prepare a standard quote dropped by roughly 30–40%.
• The number of “can you check this quote?” requests from sales to Revenue Operations fell by nearly half.
• Pricing consistency improved — fewer incorrect discounts and exceptions slipped through.
• Adoption was strong: the large majority of eligible sales representatives started creating quotes in the new process within the first few weeks after go-live. 

The resulting process is more consistent and much easier for our team to support.

Some internal pricing and approval decisions on our side took longer than expected, which slowed parts of the configuration. Forcefolks worked through those requirements patiently and kept the configuration connected to practical sales scenarios. Once decisions were locked, they moved quickly. They stayed flexible when priorities shifted and responded promptly to our requests throughout the project.
