Foqus is a Spanish boutique strategy, operations and transformation consulting firm, founded in 2005, headquartered in Valencia (Calle Cruz Roja, 1) with a second office in Madrid (Calle García de Paredes, 61). For over 20 years we have advised the senior management of mid-market companies (€20M-€200M in revenue), family-owned groups in generational transition, large corporations and private equity sponsors throughout the full investment lifecycle.
