We build simple, mobile-first websites for small businesses across the Carolinas. Founded and personally run by James Prior in Cary, NC, our team (James + lean operations) delivers tailored, fast sites: domain ownership, Google Business tune-up, hosting, backups, security, and ongoing small edits. We prototype previews risk-free, keep costs low ($450 build, $90/mo), and scale features only when they add real value.

It starts with a 15-minute call about what you do, who your best customers are and where you work. You send a few photos and the basics by email or text, and I write the copy and build the site. You get a private preview link to check on your own phone and computer, and I revise until you sign off. Then the site goes live and I tune up your Google Business Profile so the two match. Most projects take one to two weeks. You deal with me directly from the first call to launch and after, by phone, email or text, with video calls whenever they help.

Websites for small businesses: trades, shops, service businesses and professional offices across the Triangle and the rest of North Carolina, with remote work welcome from anywhere. The sweet spot is a business that is doing good work but has no website, or one that is dated, slow or broken on a phone. Rebuilds of old sites are a good fit too. I also take on add-ons for existing clients, like photo galleries, pages for each town you serve, quote request forms and online booking.

Plain numbers, no surprises. A managed website is $450 to build, then $90 a month for hosting, backups, security updates and small changes. Cancel any time and the files are yours. Setup includes a one-time tune-up of your Google Business Profile. Bigger additions like a photo gallery, town pages or online booking are quoted up front as one-time fees, never added to the monthly. No contracts and no hourly clock.

Speed, security and ownership. A hand-built site has no page builder, no plugins that need constant patching and no database to get hacked, so there is very little that can break. It loads fast on a phone, which matters to visitors and to Google. The whole site is one tidy folder of files you own and can take anywhere. If a client truly needs WordPress, I can build in it, but for most small businesses a lean site does the job better.

You do. The site is a folder of plain files that belongs to you, and so does your domain. I can host it for you, or you can host it anywhere you like. If you ever cancel the monthly service, I hand over the files and help point your domain wherever you want. No lock-in, no hostage situations, no proprietary builder you have to keep paying for.
