Flux Media were appointed to deliver all PPC ads for BellaMoon on Google and Facebook. We have also experiments with EU and USA ads, You Tube Ads and TikTok Ads.

Flux have consistently delivered on all goals. They have taken a realistic approach to our market and have gradually increased the budgets each month whilst maintaining our target ROAS and consistently meeting our monthly sales targets.

We have regular calls with Flux every 2 weeks to check-in with progress and discuss performance, upcoming marketing campaigns and overall marketing strategies. We regularly review the content and deep dive into the ads performance on occasion as required. The team are very open to new ideas and are very agile in responding to our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I enjoy working with Flux are the have a very measured approach to ads - they do not over-promise and under-deliver, rather, they set realistic performance expectations and they always deliver upon those agreed KPI's. They have a data-driven approach and will always stay on target ROAS. This is incredibly helpful for a growing e-commerce business so that we don't hold excessive stock and it allows us to plan our stock purchases accordingly - meaning cashflow is much more manageable. 

Flux Media's steady and continuous performance has allowed us to grow our monthly revenues and put a lot of trust in them for what is a highly important part of our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Flux Media could have done differently?

Our USA and EU Ads have not worked out as well for us, however, this is something which goes beyond Flux's remit - as there are other barriers in the way - such as higher shipping costs and language barriers to overcome. Flux have been very helpful and very agile in helping us figure out this puzzle. It would also be useful to explore TikTok Ads more in the future when the time is right.

Flux Media have improved our SEO focusing on keyword research. They also focus on our PPC, they have enabled us to rank high on Google which is a fantastic achievement and allows our company to grow. Flux Media also carry out all of our email marketing which has proved to be an excellent way to acquire new customers and also retain loyal customers. They do this by designing and planning engaging emails that fit with our customers interests.

We work with two members of Flux Media team who specialise in SEO and PPC.

Since working with Flux Media we are now ranking on the first page of Google, our site traffic and sales are growing. A lot of our customers tell us that they find our company through Google and without Flux Media this would not be possible.

Flux Media are very organised and email us regularly. They are always quick to respond to any enquiries we have which is greatly appreciated. Every month we have a discussion about sales for that month and our plans for the next month. Flux Media always go out fo their way to help in any way they can, they work exceptionally well.

Flux Media's level of expertise is outstanding. Their knowledge in SEO and PPC is the best we have ever seen in a company. Flux Media's professionalism, communication and innovative ideas allows working with them to be an absolute pleasure.

We were looking for someone to: - audit our past 12 months of Google shopping activity - provide an actionable plan on the correct campaign settings, structure, bid strategies & optimizations.

Theu provide feed optimisations, including Product Title & Description reviews & custom labels Over the past year had seen considerable growth as a business with most digital channels being significantly up in revenue, especially across paid search and paid social.

However Google shopping was a channel that we were struggling to scale with all performance metrics being down in terms of revenue and ROI.
