The Adaral application was a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) that included the following sections: 

• Login (manual and biometric) and Password Reset 
• Dashboard: Companies to manage, expense details graphs with personalization 
• Expenses: Pending and accounted documents 
• Suppliers: Portfolio of contacts classified as suppliers
• Profile: User data, login settings, Adaral contact, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as logout 
• Document capture using the camera in various modes with specific customization for Adaral 

All integrated with Adaral's private REST API and faithfully following the UI/UX design/experience for the application.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We divided the project into several phases. Initially, there was a proof of concept phase where we selected the most critical part of the project, aiming to ensure feasibility as soon as possible. 

Once this phase was successfully completed and we confirmed that we had not identified any limits that would pose a risk to the desired experience or functionality of the mobile application, we divided the delivery into two functional phases, each subject to a payment plan, pending our functional approval. 

As a final milestone, we agreed to conclude the project once the applications were uploaded to the respective stores and after the validation and approval processes by Apple and Android were successfully completed, allowing us to publish the application. We had a good relationship throughout the project's lifecycle, always receiving collaboration from your side. 

Open and responsive to the feedback provided by us in the deliverables of the different phases, we consistently found a willingness on your part to successfully complete the project. As an overall result, we have the application published on the Google and Apple stores, available for our customers.

Throughout the process, there were some tasks that experienced delays, impacting the final planning and project duration. This is something that happens in all software projects; the key here is that despite the uncomfortable situation for both parties, we always found collaboration on your side and a willingness to come as close as possible to our expectations in the planning without compromising the quality of the deliverable. 

Additionally, there was very positive reception to the feedback provided by us during validation, allowing for necessary adjustments to enhance the functional quality and overall UX we were aiming for in the application

At the conclusion of the project, we held a retrospective meeting to exchange mutual feedback and gain insights that would help us enhance the experience in future collaborations. It was a highly productive internal and confidential session that I keep for our privacy.

Turitop App Mobile is used by gatekeepers at events and other activities, allowing them to scan bookings' QR codes, mark them as checked-in, and control customer access based on booking validity. Our mobile application was initially being developed by a company that withdrew from the project midway, necessitating us to engage a new one to undertake the following tasks: 

• Identify and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance issues within the Flutter app. 
• Collaborate with the TuriTop development team to implement necessary fixes and enhancements. 
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the app's stability and functionality across different devices. 
• Optimize code and implement best practices to improve performance and enhance the user experience.
• Assist in the process of publishing the app on the Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with guidelines and requirements. 
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement UI/UX enhancements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We divided the project into milestones, and these were handed over to FlutterLab for development. From the beginning, even without coding the application from scratch, they were able to identify existing bugs and resolve them quickly. In fact, they not only met the planned deadlines, but exceeded them. 
They also provided valuable advice on good coding practices that the previous company had not applied to the app. Once the app was published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, our customers downloaded it and, to date, no bugs have been reported. This demonstrates that the delivery of the app is stable and works properly.

The communication and professionalism demonstrated during the delivery of the project was remarkable. We were also impressed with how quickly they understood how TuriTop worked. This is in stark contrast to the previous company who, despite several months of development, did not clearly understand what they were programming and its purpose.

Not at all. FlutterLab performed exceptionally well, and we are satisfied with their work.

I am the executive of a technology startup. We have a solution that enables venues to serve drinks through a mobile application.

We needed a partner that could fulfill our development needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?
FlutterLab has developed a mobile solution for iOS and Android using Flutter and FlutterFlow. The solution consists of three databases: the first is a customer-facing app that allows users to order drinks. The second is a waiter app that enables waiters to serve drinks. The third is an admin-facing app that allows us to input data, such as drink prices, into the database without jeopardizing the solution’s functionality.

What is the team composition?
I’m only in direct contact with Alberto (Founder), but I believe there are around five people involved in the app's development.

How much have you invested with them?
I’ve spent around $11,000 so far and expect to pay a total of $15,000 by the end of the year.

How did you come to work with FlutterLab?
I found FlutterLab through LinkedIn. I talked to Alberto and found they were also a startup like me. They had a good understanding of my needs and goals, so I went with them for this project.

What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in March 2024, and I'm still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The app allows twice as many drinks to be served as with the traditional method. It's simple but effective, and I'm confident that in a month and a half, we'll have close to 1,000 app downloads. We're preparing to do the first demo for the app, so we don't have an accurate number of users yet.

As for the app's quality, I believe that I've gotten more than what I paid for. The feedback from family and friends has been very good. I am planning on investing more in FlutterLab and this project to further improve the quality of the app.

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?
FlutterLab has done well in terms of project management. They have been incredibly patient with me. We primarily communicate through video calls.

I would like to give a shout-out to Alberto (Founder). He has been an incredible developer, communicator, and partner. It’s evident that he cares about what he does, and he’s always there to help and support me.

As a business owner, I appreciate how hands-on FlutterLab has been. They always deliver on their promises and are always there when I need them. Whenever I have problems, they go the extra mile and work until late to resolve them.

If any improvement could have helped this project it would likely have been on our side, as with any software development, as we tested more we implemented changes and backtracked at times. FlutterLab was patient and helpful throughout these curveballs.

The collaboration started with the scaffolding of the Flutter project. FlutterLab then helped us develop the main section of the app which had different components that were challenging to assemble such as carousels, several video players and an infinite scroll. Once this part was successfully developed, the team implemented the Checkout process integrating our backend systems and Stripe.
