We needed help developing a wholesale ordering system that liaises between the factory and clients, an automated invoicing system, an SEO AI chatbot for our website, and website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Flowstate Automate developed a wholesale ordering system that liaises between the factory and clients, an automated invoicing system, an SEO AI chatbot for our website, and website development. Regarding the ordering system, the client and factory can liaise directly with each other without any identifying information being passed. Additionally, clients can make orders directly from our website.

We worked with two teammates from Flowstate Automate.

Someone referred Flowstate Automate to me. I chose them because they're Australian-based, took the time to explain everything to me, and taught me about everything that was going on before I committed to working with them. Additionally, I liked their extensive knowledge and expertise.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April–September 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Flowstate Automate delivered the required services and provided full customization and support to tweak everything to exactly how I wanted it. Thanks to their work, I reduced my workload from 40 hours per week to one hour per day. This reduction allowed me to spend time with my family or go on holidays as I pleased, knowing my business was operating on autopilot.

How did Flowstate Automate perform from a project management standpoint?

Flowstate Automate delivered everything before the deadline. We communicated via email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their constant communication and ability to solve my time-critical problems at a moment's notice. We could get instant phone support and troubleshooting.

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on.
