BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a development manager in Energetyczny Projekt. The company provides services in the field of ecological sources of energy (photovoltaics, heat pumps, thermomodernization). I am responsible for selection of tools to facilitate the work.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire FlowMore?

Our first need was process mapping. We had a lot of processes which were not structered and standardized. Then we wanted to implement some tool for our staff , which helps us to maintain the repeatability of the processes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for the company which is able to map processes and also implement tool for the business process managment

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First, we had get-to-know meeting, then Flowmore listened what our needs are. Then they created project road-map with dates and milestones. Then we had many meeting with them, we were speaking about our proceses, they were taking notes, and then we received proceses maps. Later, we decided also to implement business process management tool.

So Flowmore prepared some system suggestions with the ranking of the systems and then we have chosen some tool toghether. Then the implementation went smoothly. After impelementation they prepared training meeting with our staff and what is more we received short videos with instructions.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We collaborated closely with Flowmore's Business Analyst during process mapping and tool implementation. We also had contact with their Project Manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The creation of process maps allowed for better control of processes and the introduction of necessary improvements in them. What is more, implementation of new tool increased employee productivity

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Flowmore had a reliable team of experts. The communication was mainly based on mails, but also Slack and Google Hangouts.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed by the crucial factors. We like their individual approach, their needs analysis, and selection of tools for our exact needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They presentation of the systems was quite long, but I know they did their best and wanted to explain all with details.
