I’m the CEO of Definite, a Jakarta-based digital creative agency. We provide web development, mobile solutions, and digital marketing services to clients ranging from local businesses to multinational companies.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Flourish has delivered accuracy and speed. For example, the product’s speech recognition accuracy is above 95%, and the team has delivered on time, allowing us to go to market on time with our schedule and milestones.

How did Flourish perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicate with Flourish via WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Flourish’s understanding of the problem at hand and creativity in solving it are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on because they’ve exceeded my expectations.
