RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The MVP of the app was delivered and launched within the discussed time. 

Afterwards, we continued building in fixed iterations over the last two years. 

> 20 paying customers have been acquired within the first 6 month. 

Issues are usually resolved by the team within 24 hours. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Konrad and his team are very careful and thorough planners. They are great sparring partners and focus on ‘going slow to go fast’. So sometimes the planning took longer than we had hoped, but it always led to quick and great results. 

What is worth highlighting is that they sometimes disagree with us and express their concerns very clearly. It felt unusual at first, but we have learnt to trust them - they know what they are doing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The following things are unique: 

- They combine technical skills with product experience and business pragmatism, which is hard to find but makes them a great sparringpartner.

- They focus strongly on what they are good at. When we asked them to create something for us using a different tool, they simply said that this was not their speciality and therefore they could not guarantee top quality and referred us to another agency. 

- They put great emphasis on cultural fit. You can feel that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Flotter could have done differently?

The initial planning stage took longer than expected.
