Flouresco were brought in to help raise awareness and increase conversion across paid media channels. Assisting from a strategic and executional position they helped us increase brochure downloads, showroom visits and virtual consultations using prospective, retargeting and location based ad campaigns, including ongoing optimisation and seasonal campaigns.

I’m the director of Verdant Commerce, an e-commerce consultancy. We help brands and retailers drive growth and performance with hands-on experience.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Floresco Media to accomplish for your e-commerce consultancy?

We needed support to build and deliver a paid strategy across Google and Meta for a home interiors client.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Floresco Media provides performance marketing for a D2C homeware brand. The team builds and optimises campaigns across Meta, Google, and Bing, with additional channels to come later in 2026. We focus on acquisition while supporting repeat rates with existing customers, focusing on performance and per-customer costs. Moreover, Floresco Media supports the client's business in developing the creative approach and understanding the power of creative work along with direct e-commerce performance metrics. The team provides strategy advice and supporting decks, performance advice, and creative strategy for the brand to build and shoot more engaging creative assets.

I had worked with Sally from Floresco when she was at another agency and I was leading eCommerce at Nkuku. We chose Floresco because we knew they had brilliant expertise along with a great cultural fit to my client, who specialises in Rugs, Cushions, Blankets and other home interiors products.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We work to a ROAS target using in-platform, GA4, and Shopify data. These are mapped back to customer numbers by Verdant, giving the client the confidence to increase media investment with Floresco Media. The team has helped us grow revenue and acquisition by over 20% in the first year compared to the previous year. Additionally, we consider traffic and customer quality. Floresco Media manages creative fatigue and ensures we always work towards improvements in engagement and click-through rates as we scale campaigns across all channels. Floresco also works with Verdant and the client to ensure tracking and data quality is optimised.

How did Floresco Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Floresco Media's project management is excellent. The team has great communication and truly provides an extension to our team. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and meet face to face when needed.

I'm impressed by Floresco Media's understanding of the client, product, and end consumer. The team is brilliant at both the technical aspects of paid media and simplifying the communication to avoid baffling the client with unnecessary complexities.

Floresco Media has set up a phased LinkedIn paid campaign to drive new interest and nurture inquiries for one of Avison Young’s service lines. The team has also advised us on creative and landing page optimisation, suggested formats, and reported on the campaign’s performance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Floresco Media’s campaign has resulted in people downloading our content in exchange for their details and increased brand awareness via impression rate. The campaign has reached 78,000 senior decision-makers and driven a 476% uplift in traffic. We’ve also seen positive results in form completions, cost per leads (CPLs), and logos interested. From the initial brief through the campaign’s closure and beyond, Floresco Media has demonstrated a consistently thorough approach and genuine care for their campaigns and clients. Having worked with many agencies throughout my career, it’s rare to find one of this size that is so well-informed, continuously innovating, and delivering on what it promises and more, all while maintaining impeccable patience. Even better, they’re not London-based and are a fantastic example of the caliber of digital talent in the Southwest.

The team has also amplified our organic activity using paid media to grow brand awareness and engagement while managing a tight budget on a target CPA model. Floresco Media has focused on paid social media, mostly on Instagram and Facebook, some work on Pinterest, and a lot of focus on paid search and PMax.

We worked with Floresco to deliver results through peak and support our small ad team after recently in-housing ad activity from an agency. They audited all accounts, reviewed previous activity and gave us clear direction to action campaigns and account structure to maximise results through Q4.
