I’m the associate director of performance and digital marketing at Avison Young, a global real estate advisory firm that provides commercial property solutions, leveraging local expertise, advanced technology, and a worldwide network to deliver economic, social, and environmental value.

What challenge were you trying to address with Floresco Media?

We needed help running a paid LinkedIn campaign, including advising on campaign optimisation and provision of reporting.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Floresco Media has set up a phased LinkedIn paid campaign to drive new interest and nurture inquiries for one of Avison Young’s service lines. The team has also advised us on creative and landing page optimisation, suggested formats, and reported on the campaign’s performance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Floresco Media’s campaign has resulted in people downloading our content in exchange for their details and increased brand awareness via impression rate. The campaign has reached 78,000 senior decision-makers and driven a 476% uplift in traffic. We’ve also seen positive results in form completions, cost per leads (CPLs), and logos interested. From the initial brief through the campaign’s closure and beyond, Floresco Media has demonstrated a consistently thorough approach and genuine care for their campaigns and clients. Having worked with many agencies throughout my career, it’s rare to find one of this size that is so well-informed, continuously innovating, and delivering on what it promises and more, all while maintaining impeccable patience. Even better, they’re not London-based and are a fantastic example of the caliber of digital talent in the Southwest.

Floresco Media’s project management has been exceptional. They’ve chased us to make sure we stay on track and proactively adjusted the course as needed. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. They're always there when we need them even when it's for questions we should probably know the answer to :)

We needed help finding our potential customers in a sea of digital channels and creating an affordable, scalable acquisition strategy.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Floresco Media has created a strategy by channel to acquire potential customers and convert them into paying customers. The team has also amplified our organic activity using paid media to grow brand awareness and engagement while managing a tight budget on a target CPA model. Floresco Media has focused on paid social media, mostly on Instagram and Facebook, some work on Pinterest, and a lot of focus on paid search and PMax.
