Flexacode

Flexacode is an Italian software company that builds and tests software for European and international businesses.

Most clients come to us with the same problem: they need development capacity and none of the usual options fit. Hiring takes three to six months and turns a variable need into a fixed cost. Freelancers are fast to find, but coordinating them becomes your second job. Offshore is cheap, but the contractual framework is someone else's to verify.

We sit in between. The contract and the invoice are Italian and European; the delivery team is international. You talk to the developers directly, because technical detail does not survive an intermediary. What you never do is assign the work: that stays with our coordinator. You say what you need, we decide who does it, when and how.

What we do:

- Custom software development, fixed scope: a defined project delivered end to end.

- Dedicated development team: an open-scope team, operational in one to two weeks and scaled as the work changes.

- Independent software testing: functional testing, test automation and performance testing, run by a separate team: the people testing the software are not the people who wrote it.

- Mobile and field applications, including offline-first apps.

We work mostly with manufacturing, distribution and retail companies, and with software vendors who need extra capacity or QA.

You also do not have to write the specification: you tell us what you need, we write it down, you tell us whether we understood it.

We price work in blocks, not in hours, so you know the cost before the work starts. It starts with a thirty-minute call.

Then you get a written proposal with the plan and the cost. No commitment before that.

Flexacode launched in 2026 as the software brand of Tax Tech S.r.l. (P.IVA IT11223100964), registered in Milan, Italy, in 2020. Contracts, invoicing and liability sit with the Italian entity; delivery is handled by our own coordinated team.
