We vet Filipino professionals, from virtual assistants, customer support, and marketers to editors, developers, and designers, and place them with remote teams worldwide, mainly across the US, Canada, Australia, and Singapore.
Managed staffing: Flex employs the people it places. We hold the employment contract, run payroll, and manage the engagement for as long as it runs, so our clients get dedicated professionals without becoming an employer in the Philippines. If a placement does not work out, we run the search again.
FlexDirect: for teams that want to hire directly, we run the same search and vetting, and the client hires the person onto their own books for a one-time placement fee, backed by a 90-day safeguard.
Every candidate clears a real application, screening, a skills assessment, and a live interview before a client ever sees a shortlist. We put forward only people we would employ ourselves.
Through Flexperts, our build studio, we also design and build complete web platforms end to end.
Flex runs on software we built ourselves: applicant intake, assessments, placement, and client support all run on our own platform.
