Expat Insurance is an advisory and brokerage for all Insurance needs, based in Singapore. I am Marketing Director at Expat Insurance running all our marketing and advertising campaigns.

We met with 2 agencies, First Page and another one and First Page blew us away with their professionlism, their understanding of our business and digital marketing. We also felt we had a good fit personally.

After we selected First Page, we briefed them on a SEO keyword plan and also Google Ads - both Search and Display. They presented great options and proactively shared their thoughts. We now also work with them on a larger capacity, they write all out content and are even helping with some LinkedIn advertising.

I work with Shirlyn from the SEO team and Yuan for Google Ads and LinkedIn. Rafidah writes all our content. All the team have been friendly, proactive and helpful.

We are still running campaigns but we have seen some great resuts so far and the team are very good at presenting quarterly results.

We are happy to see that the keywords that we have chosen are mostly ranked on page 1, rank 1. The SEM campagins they run also help generate quite a huge amount of leads. In fact, our web traffic has increased by 200% year over year. Of course, these are prior to Covid 19

Khai and his team are very meticulous in their work. They communicate tasks clearly , and they follow up closely. They are also prompt in sending us results of their efforts promptly. Also they even create Whatsapp grp , so that I have direct access to their staff if i need urgent work to be done

They do what they say, and they say what they do. They are prompt, deliver results. Also they are kind enough not to charge me when i need minor adjustments to my microsites .. Very good partner to work with

We are very sastified with their work - maybe the only area for improvement is we can go out for drinks and catch up when covid 19 improves , and make this a regular event to teambond

When we first met, there was a key account manager who sold the project to us and that was followed by the execution team. There was a change in team when one of the team members left but the communication was very efficient and professional at all times.

Our company's website climbed to Google's 1st page for 90% of our keywords - all thanks to the relentless efforts and capabilities of the vendor.

They also ran thorough checks on our webpages and provided us with SEO contents suitable for individual webpages to be optimised. During this process, they also found that our website had multiple broken links and assisted us to make the necessary changes.

We are assigned a Digital Specialist to look after our account. Over the past 4 years, we had a change of 3 digital specialist, however, each time the handover to the next point of contact was done in a smooth transition.

We have >60% of keywords ranked on page 1 of Google search. on an average per month, >50% of our website traffic derived from organic searches. This has brought us new customers overtime and stability in achieving sales on the eCommerce platform.

Their team has been very efficient and responsive via both email and whatsapp. Team members, Alex Loh and Remy Lee who has left and currently Marshall Ang who is handling our account has been of tremendous help and are always ready to answer any of our queries or doubts to their best of ability.

They are diligent in handling our website performance. Some vendors becomes unresponsive after you signed on with them, this was never the case with First Page Digital. They have met our expectations even after partnership of > 4 years.

We had did a price comparison, they are not the cheapest and also not the most expensive. So far i think what we are paying is really value for money on the services and results rendered.

The company had assigned us a dedicated account manager and content writers. The team first set up a meeting with us to go through how the whole process will be. And understanding what are the key services we want to focus on. And what is our marketing goal. The team then proceed to carry out a competitors analysis and research for the keywords for our selection.

The team have also arranged for a meeting to discuss the monthly blog article topics and provided constructive advices on the selection of the topics. Every week, our account manager will update us on the SEO set up progress and at the end of each month he will update us on the SEO results with a comprehensive report.

We usually liaise with out account manager and he takes care of everything for us. Along with him, we have 2 other team members which helps us with the content write up. So far we are really satisfied on the service experience and results by them!
