When I went to First Direct I had an outdated webpage with no personal branding and was using MailChimp and a handful of other services trying to do it all myself.

I first started with President and his Project team. 

Once the deliverables were nailed down I worked with various memebers on the team.  

We worked via recorded Zoom calls, emails, and tickets.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm impressed by First Direct, Inc.'s desire to understand my goals and needs first.  Once we nailed down the goals they were good about communicating timelines.  They also send out a weekly email on Fridays that recap the status of all projects that are in queue. 

If there was ever a problem(glitch) or concern they were quick to hop on a call to help me understand the work. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something First Direct, Inc. could have done differently?

None that I can think of at the moment.
