Are there any areas for improvement or something Firefly New Media UK could have done differently?

Firefly New Media UK has been amazing to work with, but there were a few small things that could have been better. They could have communicated a bit more clearly and kept us updated more often. It would have been great if they had explored more design options and been a bit more flexible. Sometimes, there were some small mistakes, but they were quick to fix them. 

Overall, they have been fantastic, and we really appreciate their creativity and hard work on our projects. Best designers we have had the chance to work with, and overall we wouldnt go elsewhere at this time.
