Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired FireBrand Media for a two-day branding shoot at our location in late March 2026, modeled on a branding portfolio they had produced for another company that we liked. They captured:

Drone aerial photos of our facility and working environment

Portrait photos of 5 key staff members

1 highlight reel for our website banner

1short testimonial clips from our own team, filmed man-on-the-street style

Full raw video footage from both days

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new banner reel and photos gave our website a real, current look at our people and workplace. Having the raw footage means we keep pulling new content from the shoot.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

FireBrand delivered every item they promised, on schedule. Over two days on site they worked around our team and daily operations without slowing us down, and they were responsive whenever we had a question or a change.

What was your primary form of communication with FireBrand Media Llc?

In-Person Meeting
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They got our employees comfortable on camera. The testimonials feel natural and unscripted, which is exactly what we wanted. Handing over the raw footage on top of the finished deliverables was a generous touch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something FireBrand Media Llc could have done differently?

Honestly very little. If anything, we would have benefited from a short planning call to line up which staff would be on camera ahead of time, which is more on us than them.
