Findlanc's work increased our monthly booked loads within the first 60–90 days. Before the optimization, we had 18–22 loads per truck per month. After 90 days, we had 30–34 loads per truck per month, which was a 45%–55% growth.Moreover, we saw a 35%–50% increase in monthly gross revenue per truck within three months. Our average rate per mile improved by 8%–12% through stronger negotiation, and our net profit margin increased by 10%–18% after reducing deadhead and improving lane planning.In terms of operational efficiency, we reduced deadhead miles by 15%–20%. Our load-to-truck ratio improved from 1.2 to 1.8, and our downtime between loads was reduced from 24–36 hours to under 12–18 hours.Regarding driver performance and retention, our on-time pickup and delivery rate increased to 96%–98%.
