We were looking for creative agency to create a brand ad

What were your goals for this project?

Our client belongs to Food & hospitality industry, and we were looking for something out of the box and trendy brand creative, which can beat the competitive landscape.

We saw their work on their website and we were really impressed by their portfolio.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Since, we are into Advertising, hence most of our work & collaterals are under NDA with our end Client. Hence in short, we required a concise social media collateral in the motion graphic video. Our goal was to use it for several Ad campaign to gain Brand value and engagement for the Client

What was the team composition?

There were 2 resources, one a Creative Director and the other one was a Motion Graphic artists.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, we were very satisfied with the results delivered by Filmbaker. And it indeed boosted the Client's Brand value and engagement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was simple, transparent and full of new ideas. They have consulted several times initially to get a direction and understood the requirement thoroughly. They literally over delivered than what we had imagined the outcome would be. They showed every progress and also never hesitated for revisions wherever required to meet the expectations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their timely deliveries, even it was a creative process, but still they have delivered within the deadline. They never let us down. Moreover they are young, full of fresh ideas and always strive to bring out something out of the box.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Since, we got more than what we even imagined, I don't think, anything needs to be improved.
