What was the scope of their involvement?

We were contacted by Fifteen Twenty on behalf of Wix, we were told we had to upgrade to the premium platform as the old one was becoming obsolete. At this time we entered into a contract with Fifteen Twenty to redesign and upgrade our website. To start with they were great, we had regular meetings and communications.

In May of this past year, very near completion, they stopped showing up to meetings and now we are unable to get in touch with anyone. Our website is now incomplete and our money is gone.

There were none. The website looks good but is incomplete.

They were great at the weekly meetings to start with. Now, we can not get them to respond to anything, and the project remains incomplete.
