Founded in 2010 by Jennifer Blanco and John Earles, Field of Study (formerly Spindletop Design) is a brand and graphic design consultancy. We solve problems and invent mythologies for old and new brands through research, writing, and visual design.
We believe in the power of design to shape and inform culture. Good design is smart, adaptable, and more times than not, invisible. It is device, industry, medium, and size agnostic—just as we are.
