I’m the chief business officer for an IT company that deals with data analytics.

We were having significant trouble with spam, malware, and hacking attempts. These issues were becoming too many to handle, so we needed help with updating our servers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fidelis Cybersecurity helped us update our servers and our cybersecurity protocols. Their involvement included encrypting our information and installing brand new cybersecurity software they built from scratch. After the project was completed, they followed up with us and provided us with training to prevent future issues.

The most important success metric is that, so far, no one has hacked us. In 2021, we had a security breach, but nothing happened because of how well Fidelis Cybersecurity set up our servers.
