I'm the creative director of a company specialized in presentations. We have created a video to present the main creators of YouTube in Latin America.

We wanted to create a video that could capture and reflect the spirit of YouTube creators. Our goal was to show to potential advertisers branded content they could produce for them.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with them in different video projects before and they always answered in time and with professionalism. We chose them again for this project because of their great attitude to always find the best possible solution, quick answer, personalised attention and affordable price.

We started with a discovery meeting. They helped us create a script and storyboard. They worked on a sample and were open to receive several feedback from us along the entire process. They handled the voiceover and music selection. In the end, they delivered a 1 minute video teaser that showed the wide range of branded content YouTube creators can produce. 

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with a project manager that answered all our requests and kept us on schedule. There were several instances of feedback and he always answered fast and with the best attitude. We communicated with each other through comments on a shared Google doc document.

Our client loved the video!

The project manager was super kind and easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. He answered on time and was open to our feedback, always looking for the best possible solution.

They easily understood our feedback and always answered on time and with a great attitude.

Not really. I love the work they did.

Fundación Atención Atención is a non-profit organization with 10 years of experience creating, designing and implementing educational programs, initiatives and experiences for parents, health professionals, teachers and children. Our programs focus on providing innovative tools and strategies to work with children, mainly from the ages of 0 to 8.

Our sister company, Atención Atención, has been leading the children and family entertainment market in Puerto Rico for 25 years, with original characters that have become the favorites of many. These are the characters who star in the Foundation's initiatives.

Educational video design for children and teachers on the subject of global warming, its effects on Planet Earth and what we humans can do to remedy it. The team was provided with the script, voice over and logos. Their team then designed all visuals and animated the final video. The team worked on a version in Spanish and another in English.

Drew's a consulting firm, that we make impact in other companies around the world focusing on processes, we don't charge by hour, we think that we're like a doctors (and doctor doesn't charge you by the hours of the surgery). I'm in charge of the strategy of the company.

We want to create a explainer video about our services, but we know that explain what we do it's complex. We was lost, without a north, and Feed give us the clarity and guide to achieve this goal.

We made a kickoff meeting with the requirements, after that they made an analysis, and write our petitions. Then, they created a storyboard with graphics about our video, we changed it, they solved it, to the finish version.

Mmm I don't remember well, but I think that we interacted with 3 people. The owner, project manager and a copywriter.
