From showcase homepage, to dynamic product pages and obviously all of the background with with integrations to payment vendors and CMS capabilities. Built on Webflow with hooks going out to Omeda and other places, the team were able to make this work, in honesty whatever was asked of them they were able to make work. Starting with a heavy design phase, the team were able to easily incorporate our ideas and ethos into the final product which was maybe the most impressive thing. The scope was planned out to take around 8 - 10  weeks and we were within this timeframe, with no feeling what so ever that we were being rushed or any corners cut.  **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?the measurable outcomes of the work was the progress done do the website, we were able to see this daily as they shared a figma file which was constantly being updated with new work being completed. We worked from a primary PRD and layed out all of the pages and designs, after this stage it was actually staging on the website so test how things flowed and to test. I would have meetings with the team at least once a week where they could give more in depth details on work which I might not be able to see from notes or designs - eg backend work - From this I was more than happy with the pace and I was sure I could trust them, thanks a lot due to the crystal clear transparancy from the outsetDescribe their project management.
