Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of the work was quite large, from 8 main dynamic pages surrounded by roughly 20 more static pages in total. 
Everything needed for a website showcasing multiple products & offerings in a modern Ecommerce landscape. From showcase homepage, to dynamic product pages and obviously all of the background with with integrations to payment vendors and CMS capabilities. 

Built on Webflow with hooks going out to Omeda and other places, the team were able to make this work, in honesty whatever was asked of them they were able to make work. 
Starting with a heavy design phase, the team were able to easily incorporate our ideas and ethos into the final product which was maybe the most impressive thing. 

The scope was planned out to take around 8 - 10  weeks and we were within this timeframe, with no feeling what so ever that we were being rushed or any corners cut.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

the measurable outcomes of the work was the progress done do the website, we were able to see this daily as they shared a figma file which was constantly being updated with new work being completed. 
We worked from a primary PRD and layed out all of the pages and designs, after this stage it was actually staging on the website so test how things flowed and to test. 

I would have meetings with the team at least once a week where they could give more in depth details on work which I might not be able to see from notes or designs - eg backend work - 

From this I was more than happy with the pace and I was sure I could trust them, thanks a lot due to the crystal clear transparancy from the outset

The dedicated project manager was great, she was able to answer any questions that we had with the utmost haste and it was clear she cared about the project. 
There were even a few last minute additions to the website in terms of design or layout which came from my side and Fatobject were more than accommodating, getting designs up quick so I could see everything and OK it before it went in for development. 

Overall the project ran as smoothly as I could have wished a project running, any delays were on my side, this is how on top of things Fatobject were.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

With the utmost sincerity being able to meet with the team at Fatobject became a great part of my week. 

There have not been many meetings in my professional life which I have looked forward to with such enthusiasm. Mainly because I always knew they would somehow be thinking of new ideas, fixed any issues which i hadnt even realised or more ahead of schedule than I had realised perahps due to more internal work being completed. 

Apart from purely progress focued, the graciousness of the team was a joy to be around, I didnt for a second get a hint they did not want to be there or witness anything less than complete enthusasm, this is somewhat infectious and it was a great addition to the week. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fatobject could have done differently?

There is nothing that I could point to that I could have asked them to do better, everybody within my team and the larger company were more than impressed with the outcome of the work

We have had the pleasure of working together with Tony and his team at FatObject. Their job entailed creating different wireframes for landing pages for a variety of our clients. They have also been the ones implementing the designs; basically, they have been doing the entire process.

We have had some great results from our clients come from the work that FatObject has helped with. Massive increases in conversion rates which has helped boost our results a lot.

Fatobject is great at following up on what they need, as well as making sure, that everything is meeting deadlines.

Their communication was great, but I think their designs were spot-on for the most part.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fatobject could have done differently?

The only thing that I can really pinpoint is, making sure that the small details are in order. Make sure that before sending an LP design back to a client, or implementing a site, that the small details are 110% looked through. This also comes down to the client though.

We had a complex e-commerce application that requires custom charts, detailed reporting views, and over 15+ pages with custom functionalities. FatObject provided mobile/desktop versions of the product in detail; created design system; prototype; website design of the product.

We selected the vendor FatObject following an interview with the team. We were confident in the capacities of the team FatObject to deliver what they are selling!

A long analysis done with FatObject including many back and for required due to the many complexities involved. Never FatObject team lost motivation, they always have proposed different solution to any any challenges we provided them!
