Fantasy Space handled the full scope of our project end-to-end, including branding, design, and development of our digital platform.

The project started with creating our brand identity and logo, where they guided us from a very basic idea to a clear and strong visual direction. From there, they designed and developed a fully customized website tailored to our needs.

The core part of the project was building our online training platform. This included structuring and integrating hundreds of video lessons and educational materials into a well-organized system that is easy to navigate for users. One of the biggest challenges was ensuring that the platform remains fast, stable, and error-free despite the large volume of content.

They also developed and implemented a complete backend system, including:

Within the first 2 weeks after launch, we acquired over 30 paying clients, which is a strong result considering the premium pricing of our program.

The platform runs smoothly with no technical issues, even with a large volume of video content, ensuring a stable and high-quality user experience.

We successfully launched globally, with clients able to sign up, complete payments, and access the program without any friction.

All core systems (payments, onboarding, email automation, and user management) are fully operational and automated, significantly reducing manual work.

Additionally, we have received consistently positive feedback from users regarding the platform’s usability, speed, and overall experience.

If anything, with such a fast-paced timeline, having even more time for exploration and additional features could have been beneficial, but that was more related to our own time constraints rather than their performance.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire process and the final result.

From there, Fantasy Space designed the user experience and interfaces, and developed the full software stack, including database structure, backend, and frontend. Their team handled the complete development lifecycle from coding and testing with proper QA, to writing documentation and deploying the platform online with fully functional use cases. They followed an agile methodology, ensuring continuous iterations and improvements, which has been especially valuable as we grow our startup and expand the product.
