I have provided family business consultation and leadership coaching for over three decades. I currently am an Entrepreneur in Residence and Honorary Teaching Fellow at the Family Enterprise Center at Lancaster University’s Management School (LUMS) in the United Kingdom. I usually begin by developing an assessment to determine the areas that are in need of change and will then provide a clear plan as to how things can change both in your family and your business. I am not just a licensed psychologist, but also have taken MBA courses and taught in business schools. So in my approach, I work to improve both the family and business at the same time.
