Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The owner Michael H. and everybody else in Ezzey are super nice but unfortunately this was the only positive aspect of my experience with them. This is just a few examples of things i experienced:

the website was launched with tons of mistakes including simple spelling typos. It took weeks for them to fix it despite me pointing to errors. It looked like there was no quality control whatsoever,

marketing campaign was a total disaster. Every time a change was planned to be made, it took weeks and my multiple reminders to do what was planned to be done,

text message campaign went live with deadly glitches such as broken non-working links to my product. This ruined my company reputation,

project manager Josh had no idea what was going on. He could not answer simple questions and had to go back to his team every time a simple question was asked.

As the team was probably overseas and not easily accessible, i was provided with answers 1-2 weeks later but most of the time the answers didn't make sense. For example, he kept telling me that a recurring subscription feature for my product was set up on Shopify while it was a subscription to marketing emails that was set up instead.

When I showed it to him, his only excuse was that this is what he was told by his team. Multiple issues eventually led me to stop working with them. By the way, they never argued with me about the issues and poor handling of my marketing campaign, always apologized and promised to improve the service but never did.

After I discussed my experience with Michael and showed him that my company's reputation was ruined and asked for the last month refund of what I paid to them, he promised to do something but then just stopped responding.

I guess his approach is to use their strong staff and spend time on their big clients, while handling small clients in a totally unprofessional way just to make more money here and there. Stay away from them!

they should use professional people, not those who I had
