Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We found EzCommerce through one of their tools and initially reached out for help with Veeqo inventory sync and Amazon MFN setup. During the onboarding process, we realized they also manage Amazon ads and Google ads, so we decided to expand the scope.

Since then, the collaboration has been going well. Their team is proactive, easy to communicate with, and takes time to understand the product and its specific needs. On the Amazon ads side especially, the experience has been very positive compared to what we had before.

They don’t overpromise, and they explain what they’re doing, which we appreciate. Overall, it’s been a solid experience and I would recommend them, especially for brands with niche products that need hands-on support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw clearer structure and better control across our Amazon operations. Ad performance improved with more efficient spend and better targeting, and overall account management became more organized.

Inventory sync and MFN setup worked as expected, reducing manual work and errors. Reporting and visibility also improved, which made it easier for us to understand what was happening and make decisions faster.

While we’re still early, the main measurable outcome so far has been improved efficiency, clearer performance tracking, and better use of ad budget compared to before.

Project management has been organized and straightforward. Tasks were clearly outlined, and items were delivered on time. When something needed adjustment or clarification, they were responsive and flexible.

Communication has been consistent throughout the process, and they were quick to respond when we had questions or changing needs. Overall, it felt easy to work with them and there was no friction in day-to-day coordination.
