Ez-AI

Ez-AI is an independent AI and automation consultancy in Auckland, New Zealand, run by Skene Bennellick (twelve years in AI and automation as an analyst, product manager and engineer). I design, build and support custom AI for small and medium businesses: workflow and process automation across the tools you already run (Xero, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Shopify, simPRO), AI assistants and company-brain search over documents and email, document and email intelligence, custom apps and client portals, and websites built for people and for AI search.

How I work: discovery is always free, every build is a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts, systems run in test mode first with a person signing off anything that matters, and you own the code and the accounts (hosted in AWS Sydney in your name). Plain rules-based automation is used wherever it beats AI; agents are reserved for the steps that need judgement.
